Beyond Pilots: Scaling Health Innovation

Healthcare systems across Europe are rich in innovation, yet only a fraction of solutions ever reach large-scale implementation. The challenge is rarely the innovation itself, but the structures surrounding it: clinical validation pathways, procurement models, collaboration frameworks, and system readiness.

The discussion will focus on:
