There are many individuals who, for various reasons, do not have a bank ID, smart phone or knowledge about how digital tools work. There is a risk of marginalization of these individuals. This session discusses how municipalities can work with universal design, removal of obstacles and personal support for creating inclusive digital services and initiatives.
